RecommendedMy family and I are very happy with our move to the Morgan Apartments.We are happy with the location, the management is exceptional along with any maintenance requests that are taken care of immediately, the apartment is clean, remodeled and cute ! Rent is affordable and we are very close to schools, grocery stores , movie theater, parks and library.Thanks all in the office and maintenance staff for all you do and making our living experience at the Morgan a great one.

Make sure to check your monthly statement! They will charge you for things that they said they wouldn’t. We’ve lived here for 3 years and can’t take the constant change in price/management. Another thing to note is it seems like every two months they are switching apps that you pay rent on.

Finally under management that make things happen, instead of empty promises of things never to be. I like it here. :)
