Was afraid of visiting this office because of the poor reviews. Here to say, I have not spoken to a doctor who was as thorough and asked about seemingly every detail regarding my issue. THANK YOU, Dr. Cheryl Franklin and staff; which, by the way, was an extremely courteous staff with beautiful bedside manners. So refreshing to feel truly cared about as I do with my great PCP office and staff!
Had an appointment and saw M(r)s Barbara. She was extremely professional, empathetic, and kind. I was in and out within an hour.
DO NOT COME HERE! I waited almost 2 months for my appointment and my cycle came a week early so I called because I didn’t know what I should do. The lady told me on the phone that I should reschedule because I’m on my cycle and that was the best thing to do so I rescheduled for about a week and a half later. Today I call to see if everything is good for tomorrow and if there’s anything that needs to be done and they said well your appointment is cancelled.. I never canceled my appointment.
