I moved here at the tail end of 2025 and it's been fantastic so far! Dwayne is really efficient with repairs and maintenance, and he always gives me updates if he can't get to something quickly. The walls are a bit thin and the insulation along the back wall needs work, but otherwise I'm happy with the place.

Just moved in at the top of the year 2026 and it's been totally insane. I have the worse neighbors. I may not be able to make it through my lease. It's horrible...
Horrible experience between summer 2023 and summer 2025. The management turned over 5-7 times in the 2 years we were there. In all the advertisements, they make a big deal about the amenities offered here, like the club house with the coffee bar, a little lounge area, the printer, etc., but no one is ever able to use it because the manager is never there.
