UPDATE: BLACK MOLD. There has been black mold growing on my dining room wall for OVER A MONTH, and the property manager has ignored multiple requests to have it removed. They have only agreed to send someone out now that I've threatened legal action (again). My apartment is also now flooding for ~10th time- this time from the kitchen sink/dishwasher! Compelled to share, at risk of losing the dismal maintenance service that is still left. THIS COMPLEX IS BEING DEMOLISHED SOON! DO NOT MOVE HERE. The complex was rezoned for demolition 2 YEARS AGO. I moved in 1.5 years ago and there was NO MENTION of this plan, and the leeches are of course still signing up victims to maximize their cash flow.
