The Mordecai on Clover has been our home for 5 years now for many reasons: great location, great people, spacious dog park, and quick repairs. Would highly recommend!
Terrible management the ac does not work on the summer to cool the second floor, the appliances are old and the fixtures are cheap. Great location.
I moved here at the tail end of 2025 and it's been fantastic so far! Dwayne is really efficient with repairs and maintenance, and he always gives me updates if he can't get to something quickly. The walls are a bit thin and the insulation along the back wall needs work, but otherwise I'm happy with the place.

Just moved in at the top of the year 2026 and it's been totally insane. I have the worse neighbors. I may not be able to make it through my lease. It's horrible...
