I went in one for a scheduled appointment and they were gone. I still have no way to get my medical records and I have a metal filling that's rotting my other teeth.

OK...let me break it down. Called and kept getting a recording. Seriously, about 8 times. Left messages EVERY time. FINALLY, only ONE time I called, I got a person, who was quite irate that she had to even be there, let alone answer the phone after 10 rings. She told me a date they had available, I said I needed to check if it was OK with my sitter. Called back almost immediately. Have called back, left messages THREE times again!!! Have heard NOTHING!! DONE!!!!
Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.
Had to find a new dentist after my dentist of 20 years retired. Never had a problem until I went to MD. She told me I had a cavity on a molar I never had a problem with. She never did show me the x-ray. After about 6 needles she drilled my tooth hollow. My face swelled for three days. Had to to go back to her and ended up on an anitbiotic and pain pills. She told me I was going to need a root canal or loose the tooth. I am 38 and do not want to loose my tooth. I have not been back, but need to find a new dentist. We are due ... read more

when i went to this dentist they were doing a root canal on my tooth which they messed up and my adult molor got infected abssesd and then resulted in being removed
