Overall, our experience had been great with the Mooresville office until meeting Dr. Thome. He was condescending to both my husband and I on different visits and blatantly accused me of not putting something important on our child's medical history that was indeed on the form. He even had the audacity to wave the medical history paper in my face. The staff is very nice and friendly and the new office is very nice; however, after too many bad experiences we will not be back. My 8 year old has had two botched fillings done by CPD. She ended up having one tooth pulled already, which had no issues before CPD pushed the filling on us. This weekend, we ended up in urgent care with 103 degree fever; after she’s been complaining of another filling for weeks, and I took her back there and was told “it’s normal” — no follow up X-rays or anything. RecommendedTook my 2.5 and 4 year olds to the dentist today for the first time ever and Locust Pediatric Dentistry was so wonderful and patient! My 2.5 year old only wanted to run around and get into everything and pretty much screamed the entire time but everyone was so understanding and kind. My 4 year old even asked to go back after we left! Thank you Erin, Katie and Dr. Kelly!
