We've been going to this location for 3 years (every 6 months for cleanings and checkups and including applying preventative sealants to protect molars). There has been a different dentist assigned to our children each time (8 and 10 years old). There is no consistency of treatment or opinion between the dentist. And the work performed is often problematic. As examples: A filling they put in on our oldest son several years ago didn't resolve the issue and the baby tooth … See more

It takes A LOT for me to lose my in public, especially in a “professional” setting but I have no words to describe my level of pissed off right now. DO NOT GO TO MOORESVILLE PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY. It has been 7 months of complete HELL trying to get them to schedule an oral surgery appt my my now 5 year old, SEVEN MONTHS. Of calling the office, telling them he’s in pain…calling again and asking when I’ve been in there for our other kids. Surgery called in January, I returned t… See more

Office was clean and decorated appropriately for children. Staff was able to communicate with my daughter on an appropriate level. The visit felt rush and seemed very overpriced. I was charged $215 for a new pt exam and " cleaning." During the cleaning the hygienist brushed my daughters teeth with a toothbrush. I'm having a hard time believing that is worth $215. There is also lack of privacy between room with only cubical dividers.

errible. Took both of my kids and they told us that my daughter needed some kind of stuff they paint on the teeth to strengthen them if the enamel is thin. We scheduled the appointment. My daughter takes an antibiotic before dental work due to a heart condition and I asked if she needed it and was told not for that. I show up for scheduled appointment and they hand me a bill for a fill in. After asking they didn’t have an answer and said the dentist probably just changed his … See more

Office is in pure chaos, my daughter came in to the office to see the dentist. Dr Thomes was very unprofessional and very rude and he is the owner of the practice. He didn’t even try working with my child as she was there to seek treatment, one outburst he was done. ( so much for a kids dentist) He was very argumentative and came off to me as a racist piece of scum. I wouldn’t recommend anyone bringing there child to his office.

Today was our second time at the facility. We chose it because we assumed the office would provide relief to an already scary situation for toddlers. The office morale is low and I do believe my little kids were too young for the interests of the Hygienists. One of the hygienist was frustrated with my 5 year old because he wouldn’t open his mouth wide enough. When it was time for the consultation, we were told there were cavities but no cavity education. I wished I had more… See more

Dr. Thome helped release our daughters tongue tie. Her whole tongue was tied to the lower jaw which was effecting her feeding. He did a fantastic job and he was very kind and professional. I highly recommend this location.

We were new patients and this was a first visit to Mooresville Pediatric Dentistry. In short, we will never return.Dr.Thorne was incredibly rude to my daughter and myself during our visit. As a new patient, he never introduced himself to my daughter just told her to lay down and open her mouth. He was condescending to me while explaining a treatment plan for my 11 year old. He made comments that my daughters tooth discoloration was my fault because I must have had “nutrition… See more
