Owner consistently disregards instruction , Stands you up consistently, always has an excuse for everything , when there is no excuse. Worst lawn service I ever seen. Lied to my face about what he cut and found out he didn’t. Touch it. I could go on and on about no call no shows, etc etc. do yourself a favor pass this guy by and hire a professional. Who doesn’t show up smelling like liquor and cutting what he chooses’ the list is endlessly, William is a nitemare to deal with trust me, Don’t even think about getting into business dealing with him, You will Regret it..
Came to my home, was clearly pointed out all areas to be cut. Shows up whenever its convenient after you commence wifh them, will promise one thing and change after he's stood u up 3/4: of your day , then suddenly excuse out, Areas clearly pointd out later was denial they ever were mentioned , pathilogical liar, Avoid at all Cost. Learn from our Lesson.
