Bought a used car, nearly 22.5k. Paid $895 (included in price) for service prep fee, oil change, engine checks, etc. 5 months later, issues with battery/electrical that left my family and I stranded in my hometown. Talked to management (Spencer) to make it right. He basically says too bad so sad, “normal wear and tear.” No compassion for my situation. Definately did not meet their mission of customer care in my case. At a loss for words...
