Jewel is always friendly and helpful when I need my Cadillac serviced. This particular time I had an issue with my touch screen, needed a state inspection and my oil changed. She made sure that everything was taken care of and the service department worked efficiently to get my car back to me within 24 hours. I would recommend Moore service department to all of my friends and family. They are always friendly in person or over the phone.

Great experience here. Second car I've purchased here and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The staff was friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to get me in my car. Zayra kept in constant contact via email until I was able to go in and see the car.
