Waiting over a year now for my driver side rubber mat that was missing when I bought my car. Mr. Jack continuously promised to get one ordered to replace it but finally just stopped responding all together. Won't be going back for an upgrade.

The worse dealership ever! They ranmy husbands credit 10 times. Once was good!! I could never talk to anyone in financial nor would the salesperson call!! I would never reccomend them plus by running my husband credit so many times made his credit score drop 30 points!!
