I had a horrible experience with the sales dept. I already came up once for several hours to have my car looked at for trade value. I left that day since they were going to “shop” for the best price. I came back to the dealership to get a value, and they did not have any values for me. Then, while waiting for them to get my value AGAIN on my vehicle, they pulled my credit without asking me to pull it. I specifically told them I did not want my credit pulled. The service department is great, and the cashier so honest. She found out that two one hundred bills I used had stuck together making me over pay. She got ahold of me and refunded the money. Chevrolet service acts like it’s no big deal that something was taken out of my truck when it was getting an oil change.. Just because they have never had anyone complain about anything being stolen before I guess that gives them the service dept the ok to take what they want.. The first girl I talked to told me I should have not left any valuables in my truck. We was there for 7 1/2 hours before they decided they could put us in a new car and then didn’t even fill it up with gas and the Finance lady is very rude she made us come back 2 times to do paperwork over again I will NEVER buy another vehicle here and I will not recommend people to buy from this poor place!

Even though the salesman was nice and went out of his way for us the manager there was rude and was talking over me. When I asked him to quit raising his voice at me he got louder. That's ok because we got a better deal at JK. It is a shame that the salesman lost a sale because of his boss.
Went in to make a deal, they wouldn't give a good enough deal cause they kept lying about the walkout price paying cash. Got a call from JK chevy and I walked out to talk and that idiot that runs that place yelled at my wife after I walked out. Moore chevy will never see a penny from us. JK Chevrolet in Nederland gave us the cash price we were looking for, so if you're in the market for a new Chevy, go to JK Chevrolet cause they will work with you unlike Moore Chevrolet in Silsbee
