Took my dad there to help find him a truck. Anysa took great care of us. We were not rushed or pressured to do anything. We were really surprised at the amount giving to him for his trade in and the great deal we got on a new truck for him. Thanks Moore Chevrolet. I know where I’m buying my next new truck.
Be careful with the sharky salesman. I went in with my own loan from USAA and he goes in the back office and runs my credit out the wazzoo checking for better interest rates, when I had my own loan. Then to top it all off, they did not even use my loan to pay for the car. The contract typed up was with US Bank. Pain in my booty. Will not do business with again.
Coffee or water? It's the first question asked and about the only thing you get free when dealing with a dealership. Not at Moore, when I agreed to a water I was pointed to a vending machine and payed $1 for that water. To be honest I didn't think about it until after we left but that poor gesture subconsciously set the tone for the rest of our experience. We bought a 56k $ truck and had problems with our heated seats brought it in under warranty and they couldn't find the problem and gave the truck back saying it works fine just because they could not figure it out so after verification that they most definitely do not work we were just out of warranty by then and brought it back in and the first day they said our tech can't figure it out that they need a break and would try again the next day then finally they found then 400$ part that is not working and decided not to cover... read more
