The Center is very welcoming, the services are comprehensive and the staff knowledgable and open. I would highly recommend for any services or classes.
A tranquil, beautiful studio. Fantastic teachers and incredible yoga classes. I had been looking for a studio that wasn't bikram (hot yoga) and thought it didn't exist. It does, and I couldn't feel more grateful to have found it so close to home.
I recently moved to the Wilkinsburg area and have been eyeing up Mookshi for a while since it is a 5 minute walk from my door. They really seem to have a strong outreach into the community with their $5 community classes and their visible presence in other small local businesses. They also offer interesting workshops for mental and overall wellness. I am excited to take up their $30 for 30 days offer.
I just participated in the kundalini yoga class taught by Kathy at 8:30 am. I loved it! I was happy to experience what I call the “kundalini buzz” early into the class and I maintained it throughout her teaching. Kathy is inspiring and uplifting. I highly recommend � Sat Nam.

THE BEST pre-natal massage in Pittsburgh! Kate was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! Proper pillows were used to help relieve tension and maintain proper blood flow to the uterus. The atmosphere was immediately calming! I already scheduled my next appointment!
