I just had the most amazing massage session with Laura Herrmann! I am a dancer and a former massage therapist so I am tough critic when it comes to body work, but I would 100% recommend her. Very attentive to problem areas while making sure the whole body benefits! I also have taken a few classes here and have loved every single one! I love having this place in my neighborhood!
This place is my little safe haven. I get my acupuncture sessions here and it’s simply amazing. Francie is fantastic at her profession. I look forward to all my sessions with her. The atmosphere is very welcoming and calming. Looking into some yoga sessions here as well.
My first reiki treatment was at Mookshi Wellness Center and it changed my life. Every time I go back, as soon as I walk in the door my whole energy shifts. It is such a calming, soothing, and welcoming space that I always leave feeling more grounded, more present within myself. I'd go every day if I could!
I attended the Trauma Healing class and I learned so much about body work and stored trauma. The healing experience was tremendously helpful and insightful. I loved it!
