A great Maine business. They do excellent work and understand the value of customer service. They're just really nice people, too.
It's twice now my 86 year old mom has delt with Moody's in Lewiston, and I give five stars to them. The have treated her and myself us great. The work is excellent, and I will highly recommend them to everybody.
I can not say enough about Moody's Augusta division. Kelly kept me informed every step of the way, and when he was away Mike did. Every time I have walked in you feel comfortable. Getting some of the parts (trunk lock from Mercedes) was not easy and they managed to do it. Dealt with this insurance company for me and that had been a NIGHTMARE, even though I was the one who was rear-ended and their client was at fault. My car looks better than before. Mike and Lynn at the Moody's in Augusta are amazing! This is my second experience with them, and I wouldn't trust anyone else!! Every step of the process is effortless and they are so friendly. ��
Easy process from start to finish working with Scott and Pam Varney at Windham Location. Best part is that even though Moody's has built into a very large successful business, I still felt liked I was dealing with a small family business-Kuddos to all your employees!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
