Moody's Collision Centers began as "Moody's Body Shop" in the fall of 1977 at its current Gorham location. Shawn Moody, then a senior at Gorham High School, had a vision of providing service to local residents that exceeded their expectations. As such, he launched Moody's out of a small three bay garage. It is not often these days that a customer receives excellent customer services and follow through. I was extremely surprised yet very pleased that the Portland location was able to not only work with my schedule, but that I also received a call back when they told me they would get back to me to confirm. I wish I had written down the names so I could express my positive feedback to Moody's management team.
I am so glad that I was referred to Moody's in Springvale! I needed some frond end work done on my car and insurance wanted it done sooner rather than later. Moody's was able to get me in the very next week. Abby was great to work with. She took care of everything. My car was done in the allotted amount of time and they kept me in the loop on the progress. I arrived to pick up my car and they even washed it for me. All of this paired with the lifetime guarantee on work, I'll be back if I ever need their services again.
Really love the staff at Moodys in Gorham! While no one enjoys a trip to the body shop, you always make it a great encounter. Thank you for being a great bunch!

Ryan at the lewiston location is hands down one of the best people I have dealt with. He made the process extremely less stressful and kept me up to date on everything and made dealing with my insurance a breeze. Can't say enough good things about moodys Ryan!
