Shawn Moody, then a senior at Gorham High School, had a vision of providing service to local residents that exceeded their expectations. As such, he launched Moody's out of a small three bay garage. Brought my car to be fixed in Augusta and they went out of their way to make it a good experience for me. Very happy all around.
Had to bring my vehicle in after someone else hit it in a parking lot. The work was alright, though had to bring it back due to a failure of their work. Due to my experiences, I probably will not continue to do business with this Moody's. horrible customer service. no updates or follow up. three weeks of waiting and they cashed the insurance check a while ago. ot sure why they are an approved garage.
