horrible customer service. no updates or follow up. three weeks of waiting and they cashed the insurance check a while ago. ot sure why they are an approved garage.

RecommendedThey are very kind and professional. every person I spoke with at the Augusta location was excellent and the quality of their work is outstanding! There was a dent above the tire, the rim/tire was damaged and there were some pretty big scrapes on the bumper.
