Moody's Collision Centers began as "Moody's Body Shop" in the fall of 1977 at its current Gorham location. Shawn Moody, then a senior at Gorham High School, had a vision of providing service to local residents that exceeded their expectations. As such, he launched Moody's out of a small three bay garage. This is the second vehicle I’ve had repaired by Moody’s and they NEVER disappoint. I went in for a quote and found out they were about a month out from being able to do the work, then they told me they would happily load the car up and send it to Moody’s in Wells as they had a closer opening. They loaded it up and shipped it down there, they called me the moment it was done and gave me the option to pick it up or have them ship it down the next day. Dave and Jeff from Moody’s Scarborough facility are truly honest, dedicated and knowledgeable employees that I would recommend everyone to contact for your repair needs. They took the time to explain, diagnose (correctly I may add) and repair the issue with my truck. Others wanted me to spend hundreds of dollars on repairs which would not have sold the issue. Thanks guys and keep up they great work!
This was my second time going to Moody’s in Biddeford and I cannot express how pleased I am with their service. Everyone I met there was super friendly, especially Jade and Paul, and I am so happy with the work they did on my car. The only thing I would recommend is warning customers when they make their appointment and need a rental car about Enterprise needing a $100 deductible. I had no idea and came without a credit card but for it all worked out! Thank you again!
A great Maine business. They do excellent work and understand the value of customer service. They're just really nice people, too.
It's twice now my 86 year old mom has delt with Moody's in Lewiston, and I give five stars to them. The have treated her and myself us great. The work is excellent, and I will highly recommend them to everybody.
