I went in for a quote and found out they were about a month out from being able to do the work, then they told me they would happily load the car up and send it to Moody’s in Wells as they had a closer opening. They loaded it up and shipped it down there, they called me the moment it was done and gave me the option to pick it up or have them ship it down the next day. Dave and Jeff from Moody’s Scarborough facility are truly honest, dedicated and knowledgeable employees that I would recommend everyone to contact for your repair needs. They took the time to explain, diagnose (correctly I may add) and repair the issue with my truck. Others wanted me to spend hundreds of dollars on repairs which would not have sold the issue. Thanks guys and keep up they great work!
Was pleasantly surprised when I picked my vehicle up and not only was the outside nice and shiny and clean, but so wasn't the inside. Thanks guys! �
This was my second time going to Moody’s in Biddeford and I cannot express how pleased I am with their service. Everyone I met there was super friendly, especially Jade and Paul, and I am so happy with the work they did on my car. The only thing I would recommend is warning customers when they make their appointment and need a rental car about Enterprise needing a $100 deductible. I had no idea and came without a credit card but for it all worked out! Thank you again!
I came out of the grocery store and noticed that half of my bumper was hanging off of my minivan. I called Moody's and they told me to stop right in. I had my two small children with me, and we checked in with the friendly front desk staff. Literally before we selected something to read and sit down, we were informed that the bumper was fixed, and that it would be no charge. We will definitely back to Moody's for all of our future autobody needs!
