Just spent some time with the lovely and talented Miss Jasmine Hadjis whose eye for color, flawless execution, and advanced techniques have yet again simply amazed me. Tonight for the first time,I received a hair coloring process called Balyage and the result??...Unbelieavable. I simply wouldn't have it any other way.
