I went to moods salon and spa on Saturday for prom. I paid $75 dollars for a hairstyle that looked nothing like the picture. I had to get it redone by someone who was not a professional and it looked better than when I got it done at moods. I called and asked for a refund for my hair and the stylist told me no which is really upsetting considering it looked nothing like what I asked for. Very disappointed.

Thank you Kelsey Freshour for adding lots of blonde to my hair yesterday!! I'm feeling ready for spring, summer and sunshine now! Kelsey has been doing my hair for as long as I can remember! She is the BEST at what she does and I always feel so much better after being in her chair! Yesterday was my first time at MOODS and wow, it's beautiful!! The girls and the feel of the salon were so welcoming! Can't wait to try all of the services they offer!
