I called the service department because my check engine light came on in my 2023 Outlander. I explained that I saw Mitsubishi had issued a service notice for this issue and that it should be a quick 40-minute fix. I was there for manufacture recall on my Mitsubishi Outlander and was confusing because they share the lots with Acura and Nissan. They had nobody on site when I came for my appointment at 9am. I called the number posted at the door, yet I had to wait for ~15 minutes before I was approached a gentleman from Acura. He helped me and drove me to Nissan at the back lot that services Nissan and Mitsubishi. He made sure that somebody will attend to my appointment.
