I stayed in Tradition at Kierland, the customer service does not respond to emails or phone calls. I left voice mails even to get the final settlement details. They will just sent email asking more money without providing complete details and don't even care to respond to follow-ups. My security deposit was not refunded. Car Theft with no resolve. Sewage and water leakage throughout the entire garage. Hallways are littered with dog pee and poop. Lack of communication and response when inquiries were submitted. I had more interaction with the maintenance crew and trash crew than the entire leasing office. While the local property team is solid, the payment system is poor, and will give you incorrect messages. When they close their month, rather than saying you need to pay in the office, the website states that you need to set up a payment account. Then, they force you to get a cashier's check, rather than allow you to use your existing account. The messaging is incorrect, and the communication is very poor.
Regency will never look into solving your problems. We have had a terrible neighbor above us who locks their dog into rooms and barks every 2-10 seconds. Starting at 6 am until 5 pm.. or even better when she leaves at night between 10 pm - 2 am. Also had my refrigerator break and was told that it would be fixed in a few hours. This company refused to release my own renter history , which is illegal. This situation ended up having me rejected for housing that I am trying to get. They gave me and the screener the run around , sent me to customer service which did nothing , I called corporate and they sent me to customer service which still did nothing because they did not even answer. Two years of me renting with them is disappeared and it is affecting my current living situation
This company is absolutely terrible. The people they employ suck. They are unresponsive and do not do anything they say they will or answer any questions you ask. The people they employ consistently get away with terrible customer service with no accountability. My property was just sold by them to another property company and all I can say is THANK GOD. Alliance Residential and their business practices should be investigated. If you can avoid moving into one of their properties, I suggest you do.
After living at Kensington Apartments in Sacramento, CA for 8 years they started doing renovations, which were actually quite overdue, however, the way they have handled the renovation has been very inconvenient for tenants. Moved into our apartment, the first night we were there, we heard a loud buzzing noise coming from the wall. Had maintenance come and look at it and there was nothing they could do. Our apartment is directly under all the a/c units so we here a motor going off every 10 min a unit kicks on making it unacceptable to be paying $1665 a month in rent. These people are crooks. DO NOT MOVE IN TO THE STANDARD IN DALLAS OR ANY OF THEIR PROPERTIES. First of all, everyone working in the front office of The Standard in Dallas are complete airheads. They do not answer phone calls, do not return calls when left voicemails, and do not respond to emails. The only way to deal with these people is in person but then you're just talking to morons who's only response is, "uh we'll look into it and get back to you".
