I have never been so proud and happy after leaving an appointment like today. I am super proud and happy with my progress. Francesca has been working with me and she has done an amazing job as my psychologist. She is very understanding of my anxiety and situation and she is very supportive of me the entire time. As someone in the mental heath field, I can confidently say this is an exceptional practice. They offer an impressive range of integrated services: ABA, individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, psychology, and psychiatry . They are in-network with many insurances, and the team genuinely cares. The clinicians are experienced and dedicated, the admin staff are helpful and supportive, and the clinical director is outstanding. Highly recommend.

The therapists are great here. That seems to be the only thing that's good at this place. The front desk is unhelpful and usually absent behind the frosted glass. Trying to call them is a mess. They're fine with their email But their communication needs to get with 2026. Sad that we're leaving my son's therapist, but as an adult, my time is valuable.

I’ve been working on my fear of heights and fear of elevators for over a year with Francesca Cabada. She is very knowledgeable about the subject and she explains about anxiety very well and clearly. She is also very respectful and caring. I would recommend Francesca Cabada to anyone who needs any psychological help. She is awesome. The staff at the office are also great and helpful as well.
