The first time I viewed the property, I knew this was home for me. I love the size of the kitchen and the open floor concept. I would highly recommend to family and friends.
When it became apparent that apartment living was not for me, and I informed Monterra Village management of that fact that I had found a house to rent, coupled with the extenuating circumstances of my moving on short notice from Denver to take a job, they refunded all but my application and hold fees. I greatly appreciated that. It took discussing this with management, but in the end I felt a whole lot more positive to Monterra Village than I would have had they kept all of my money. Have lived here for 4 months and couldn't be happier. We have great neighbors on both sides and am very pleased with the quick turn around for the maintenance team. Most of the front desk crew are wonderful. Rent seems to be par for the surrounding area. Landscape is always pristine and our garbage options are ideal. We love the pools, gyms, and bbq grills that Monterra maintains and overall are very happy with our current location. Would recommend to a friend.
