Only been here a couple weeks so far and I love it here. So peaceful so far! Grounds are kept up and clean.

Applied and got declined and was PROMISED a refund check the following Friday for the application fees that we paid. We paid a total of almost $700 to this complex to be lied to, taken advantage of and poor customer service. If you want to drop $700 for no reason and get nothing in return, apply to live here! Nobody answers the phone in the office and there’s never a manager in the office to talk to. We relocated from San Antonio and are living here temporarily while our new home in Haslet is being built. This has been an absolutely beautiful place to stay! Staff and amenities are excellent. We have enjoyed our time here, although short. Perfect setup for those looking for the apartment life. They have a lot of community activities including yoga classes, cooking classes, free food and snack events, movie nights-all kinds of fun stuff for the family. We will miss living here for sure! Five year resident of the community until recently when I moved out. No complaints of any kind. Always seemed like a very safe and well maintained community. The staff was always extremely polite and helpful. I love how virtually all the tenants are middle-aged and easy-going so there isn't any dumb / loud college crowd. I liked the town home unit that I had with an attached garage, and received compliments on it every time I would have someone over. Also, some units have an attached backyard as well, pretty cool perk.
