One of the best hospitals around!! The staff took great care of my husband! Thank you Nyack!
My daughter came by ambulance with chest pains and as soon as the PA heard she had anxiety issues all changed. We had to request an EKG and the entire ER staff was uncaring and had attitudes. We've been here for over 2 hours with no one checking. It was clear that she got this treatment because they assumed it was mental and not physical. In fact the PA said "it's an anxiety attack" before any tests were done. The place is not very busy and we have been ignored since arriving. Some compassion would be nice. Shame on you.
I was in my mothers room today (4th floor ) when the therapy dog Halley came in I think more hospital should have visits like she had today it really lifted her spirits Thank You Halley and her mom
