I had a horrible experience! my baby was put in the NICU for no reason at all but a negligent nurse who had to be retrained because she put my baby in the NICU... Once my baby was in the NICU they forced formula on me and wouldn't let me come nurse her unless I was hiding behind a screen because "other people and the doctors might be uncomfortable" it ruined my milk supply and I have had to supplement with formula

Anybody able to give me legal advice/representation? Despite ADMITTING that they screwed up my Medicaid application in June 2017, Jason Guardado (Patient Access Services) and Montefiore/Nyack Hospital are harassing me via letters/phone calls/Debt Collection Agency contacts in their attempts to fraudulently recover $20,000+ in medical bills due to their egregious inefficiency..
Takes forever to get discharged from this hospital. Seen the dr at 9 am...its now 11 :48 and discharge papers have yet to be drawn up. Waiting with a 2 year old...not fun
RecommendedI recently had to go for outpatient surgery my experience was excellent. The process was streamlined and efficient. The doctors and the staff couldn't be friendlier. For me in this experience, it could not have been better no matter where I had gone. There is an attention to detail and excellence that I noticed in my stay. For that reason I commend the hospital
I wanted to compliment Montefiore Nyack ER Staff especially Benjamin Bradley PA for the care he provided last night. He was so professional / courteous / friendly / kind. I required 6 sutures to my finger on Thanksgiving evening . I was triaged / treated / discharged within an hour. Thank you!!!!!
I've been here for 15 hours in the er and the staff just sit laughing joking shame need to be closed down
