The ER experience has greatly improved. The ER doctor Boris is such a great asset to Mo tefiore/Nyack. A kind, gentle and dedicated doctor. As always the nurses were exceptional.

Some of the nurses make it seem like you are bothering them if ask you them for help. If you’ve ever gone to a real hospital like Columbia the difference is very obvious. Rachel in the ER is the bets employee you have she should train the rest of them
There is a very caring staff. I needed to have blood drawn and have very difficult veins. The staff took great care and patience with me and my concerns.
The staff is always so friendly and they really care about making you comfortable. After having to go to some of the hospitals in New York City & The Bronx I can say that this hospital (though small) is a complete opposite to some of the biggest hospitals in the City. I recommend this hospital. They really give meaning to these two words.......patient first!
