One staff, particularly Sarah ( introduced herself as an US tech) did an extra mile to reassure me.....after she noticed i wasn’t happy with the way another employee responded when i asked something. But i believe, there’s always a room for improvement. 5 stars to Montefiore Breast Center Team (Dr. Wagner, Dawn NP, Allison US tech, Kim and Irina Mammography Tech,Registration Lady Genell.)
