Montefiore does not value patients’ time. I was told to come at 7:30 am for an 8 o’clock CT Scan. Did not get to see Registrar until 8:20 am. Not enough registrars working. Registrar Nakia was good. Reception Heather was good. Tech Robert was very good.
RecommendedI was getting surgery. I was alone with no family with me and all the nurses and doctors were sooo polite and sweet to me. Everyone asked multiple times if I was ok before and after the Procedure. Got me in and out in a timely manner. They actually smiled while talking to me. I’m not used to people being so nice. It was very refreshing.
