RecommendedEveryone who greeted me at Montefior e Nyack did so with kindness and efficiency during mammogram, sonargram , and bone density tests. Since I needed the results quickly, the Manager of the Breast Center was consulted. By the end of the day, she contacted me with those results. I thank each person who had a part in the chain of events that led to a blessed day for me. I am grateful to each person who did much more than their job required. Joan H
I went to Montefiore Nyack to have it done couple of small procedures. The personal is attentive and warm from the curriers to the nurses and everyone in between, fortunately l had good news which made things even better for me, but never the less l felt l was in the hands of profesional and caring people. My mom is currently hospitalized at this hospital. It took another family member to call, over 14 hours after her diagnosis and recommendation for admittance, to get a room. While waiting, she could not get any rest because the hospital staff was laughing and joking with each other and barely giving any attention to the patients. Unacceptable and I will be filing a complaint.
