I have had a fantastic experience with these guys. Scott has always been there. I had a service call and the technician still came by after 5. He had a smile and was quick to fix the issue. Even after five years they were honest and took care of a warranty. I was impressed with Scott's service man. Definitely a yes for me again when or if I upgrade. Thanks for everything you guys!

Don't go anywhere else! Our salesperson, Cody, was friendly and helpful during our first visit to the store. We had purchased a hot tub from an internet company (huge mistake) and Cody never made us feel bad about our previous purchase just showed us the benefits of the HotSpring Spas. We returned and bought a new HotSpring Spa from Cody and we love it. The delivery options, the buying experience, and the customer service were outstanding.
I'd give a hundred stars if I could!! Scott and his whole team are excellent at what they do. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Customer service is top notch. We won't be going anywhere else for our spa needs!

We love our hot tub. The customer service from Montana Hot Springs Spas makes it so easy to enjoy! They respond so quickly to issues and go above and beyond to make sure everything is running right.
My husband and I checked several places before we purchased our hot tub and sauna from Mt HotSprings Spa. They have the best prices, best products and most importantly the best customer service! We love our sauna and Spa and would recommend them 100%. Our only regret is that we waited so long to make the purchase. Thanks guys you are awesome!
We have had our hot tub for a little over a year now and the power went out this weekend and made it so the hot tub was not working correctively. I called Scott on Monday morning and he had someone over to our house fixing the hot tub by Monday afternoon and had it fixed that day. These guys have incredible customer service and all the work was covered under warranty. I could not be more happier with our product and the people we purchased it from. The best hot tub place in town.
