We bought our hot tub from Montana HotSpring Spas about 10 years ago and our lives were changed forever! Obviously we love to soak in our hot tub to relax and rejuvenate, but we had no idea that it would be a catalyst for family bonding and a means for successful parenting. The people and their dedication to service excellence is unrivaled and makes all the difference. The spa is just the icing on the cake. If you’ve been considering a hot tub but are concerned about how much work it is to maintain the water quality, you’ve never owned a hot spring spa or worked with Scott and the crew. I've had my tub for about a year. Don't know why I waited so long. I have had back problems for quite some time. This tub really works for me. I have the moto-massage. What a system. Took awhile to get the chemicals figured out but they were great at getting me going in the right direction. A good crew for sure. Sitting out there in the tub watching the stars.... Nothing better. I can highly recommend this tub, this crew, and this company.
The guys at Montana Hot Spring Spas are the best! I bought my house 4 years ago and the hot tub was already there. The guys came out and helped show me how to take care of it as i had not owned a hot tub before. They are helpful and genuine. I also get my supplies in the store and they are always completely engaging and offering to help with any issues or questions i have on my hot tub. Thank you for everything you all do!
What a great group of people!! Cody Tucker did an outstanding job of answering all of our questions. He even drove to the bank to hand deliver our application as it was getting late in the day. Now that’s customer service. The delivery and set up went very smooth. Jeff walked me through each of the water treatments and was very informative! I will definitely buy my next tub here and recommend anyone who is interested in a hot tub to vist Montana HotSprings Spas.

Great experience with Hot Spring Spas and great customer service starting with Cody in Sales. Scott and his team made sure our hot tub was delivered and ready to use when we moved into our house and came out to help us fix an alkalinity problem the next week with just one call. Love my tub!!
Nothing but praise for Montana Hot Spring Spas. We bought our hot tub many years ago but they continue to give us great customer service. In the last 8 years or so, we have had only 2 service calls. They were fast at returning our calls and the repairs were done right away. They are amazing at follow-up to make sure everything was fixed as promised. Scott and the whole gang are the best. No pressure on the sale and honest dealing. After our purchase, we picked up the phone a couple times with questions, and we got patient and precise answers.
