What a great group of people!! Cody Tucker did an outstanding job of answering all of our questions. He even drove to the bank to hand deliver our application as it was getting late in the day. Now that’s customer service. The delivery and set up went very smooth. Jeff walked me through each of the water treatments and was very informative! I will definitely buy my next tub here and recommend anyone who is interested in a hot tub to vist Montana HotSprings Spas.

Great experience with Hot Spring Spas and great customer service starting with Cody in Sales. Scott and his team made sure our hot tub was delivered and ready to use when we moved into our house and came out to help us fix an alkalinity problem the next week with just one call. Love my tub!!
Nothing but praise for Montana Hot Spring Spas. We bought our hot tub many years ago but they continue to give us great customer service. In the last 8 years or so, we have had only 2 service calls. They were fast at returning our calls and the repairs were done right away. They are amazing at follow-up to make sure everything was fixed as promised. Scott and the whole gang are the best. No pressure on the sale and honest dealing. After our purchase, we picked up the phone a couple times with questions, and we got patient and precise answers. When we stopped by after a few weeks, we had a further visit and learned yet more. They might be 4 hours away, but they are our neighbors now. Thanks, Cody and Scott and all your great crew
I have had a fantastic experience with these guys. Scott has always been there. I had a service call and the technician still came by after 5. He had a smile and was quick to fix the issue. Even after five years they were honest and took care of a warranty. I was impressed with Scott's service man. Definitely a yes for me again when or if I upgrade. Thanks for everything you guys!

We love our hot tub. The customer service from Montana Hot Springs Spas makes it so easy to enjoy! They respond so quickly to issues and go above and beyond to make sure everything is running right.
My husband and I checked several places before we purchased our hot tub and sauna from Mt HotSprings Spa. They have the best prices, best products and most importantly the best customer service! We love our sauna and Spa and would recommend them 100%. Our only regret is that we waited so long to make the purchase. Thanks guys you are awesome!
