Excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in the store to after the tub was set up you can tell they care about their customers. Our experience with Montana HotSpring Spas has been terrific. From our initial visit with our salesman Cody, through the purchase and installation, to the almost daily usage of our hot tub, we could not be more pleased. Bought a tub from a different place in Billings in 01, getting service or parts was always "it will take about a week. In 07 went to Montana Hot Springs and bought a Jetsetter over 10 years have replaced 2 parts both on hand. Thinking of upgrading and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
Stopped by Montana Hot Springs Spas this morning with a question and concern about our hot tubs control which seemed to be turning on and off frequently without anyone touching the pad. Scott had a technician stop by in an hour. He reconfigured the wifi channel to eliminate interference and asked us to watch it over the next few days. He'll check back with us and if that hasn't solved our problem will replace it. Fast, friendly and efficient service!!! Thanks Alan & Diana
We purchased our hot tub from Montana Hot Spring Spas 5 years ago. we have had exceptional service from Scott and his crew. Over the past 5 years, and concerns and questions have been addressed in a timely and professional manner. We purchase all our hot tub supplies there and would not think of going anywhere else.
