Great experience from the very Beginning. I was awesome to be able to go into the showroom and actually be able to look at display models and not rely on looking at a website. Cody was very helpful and made the buying experience low pressure and very easy. Finally Sam and his team came out and did a very professional job of setting up the sauna and made sure all my questions were answered. The whole organization is obviously well run top to bottom.
