The owner is an ignorant doofus. written proposal of his input had approx date of install, wait a month said he is too busy to do it Meantime waited for him to go to Itally for 3 weeks. So we waited all that time. And he refuses his proposal. Worst potential.installer ever not even 1 star

I called this company cause they did my co workers house and have been in business 30 years. and where highest honors on Angies list.. They showed up right on time for the estimate and where running a good coupon deal. They scheduled me for 2 weeks later. Two workers showed the exact day as scheduled Mike and Alex. In 2 hours had 5 windows installed. wow-- cement work around the windows was very neat and clean up was up to par... Highly recommend

I was recommended by 2 of my co workers to use this company. So my friend looked them up on angies list and they had highest honors for price and quality. They scheduled my estimate for the next day and arrived as planned. Being it was so cold out i was worried to have the openings exposed but i had to eliminate the old drafty windows. Mike showed up for installation with other worker, 1 hour 3 windows installed. wow excellent clean up and workmanship. even hooked up my dryer to the new vented glass block.. Highly recommend.

I was referred to them by my sister. They came on time for scheduled estimate and also the installation date was very close to time promised.Their installer Mike and dont remember other installer name, went straight to work and in 3 hours installed all 8 windows. Seemed to be awful fast, but after closely inspecting each window the mortar was very neatly applied and sealed completely inside and out. He said they been working for Monroeville for over 24 years. I called Monroeville Glass Block because they did my neighbor and sister in laws house, they scheduled my estimate for the next day and came exactly on time with a reminder call to me to let me know they where on the way. They where very knowledgeable .They did 6 basement windows for me, they cleaned up better than it was when they got there. Lousy service-Inner office arrogant with attitude – My experience with Monroeville Glass Block Co.was very negative. Friendly professional installers that came to my home to evaluate the job. Lousy customer service.Lousy inner office staff with attitude. Misplaced my estimate. Never showed up to do the job as scheduled.. When I called to complain they told me if I didn't like it go elsewhere. Cannot be trusted to provide service on time. Too many other good companies in PGH to put up with them.
