This place thinks it's ok to call a young man by the "N" word just cause the fact they are listening to rap music. I would not recommend ANYONE to stay in this racist establishment. PURE Ignorance.

There is no reason ever for the front desk staff to refer to a customer as a "nigga" even if there was music playing that said the word. If the song had repeated the phrase bitch would she have said take this your your bitches? Don't think so. She needs to be fired

Never stayed here however we live in an age of digital proof and sadly there is proof of front desk using the N word . Then when confronted she says it like 3 times to explain herself. Who does that? Anywho .

So when do we use music in our defense to call folks the n-word??... never will be staying here. And for the manager to NOT address the situation right at the moment shows what kind of establishment this is. There needs to be action.

Absolutely atrocious! This hotel hires racists. The vile language expelled from this lady's mouth is horrendous. Saying ,"go take this to you niggas.", is a terrible display of professionalism and racist. Please, do not patronize this place if you are of color. They do not respect us.

I'm not only offended by the behavior of your staff I'm livid about the disrespect shown to a young black man and his father. You have no place serving the public if you can not serve all the public with respect. Your behavior and response when confronted was disgusting.

After viewing an upload of a confrontation at the front desk with the receptionist, I know that this is no place I would ever stay. Nor would I recommend it to friends nor family. In this day and age, with heightened racial tensions, and as much work needs to be done to heal the racial divide, to find that a person who represents this establishment could be so astoundingly ignorant, racist, unprofessional, ignorant, insensitive, and just plain stupid, tells me all I need to know. Management needs to address this issue.
