Older hotel. Going to close in a week to tear it down to build an assisted living facility. Beautiful area! Old motel.

Love that it was on the water. Great front desk personnel. Great restaurant next door. Would recommend to my friends. Hope next time to take in some of the sites as Sanford is quite historic.
It needs some remodeling, the restroom smelled so..bad like it hadn't been cleaned. The rooms & outside need better paint job. Need to make sure house keefy cleans the rooms right!
Enjoyed the stay and will be sure to return when I can really enjoy it!!
Room was filthy. Tile Floors but our feet were black within minutes. Gunk on top of the fridge. Phone wasn't working as well as the tv. No blankets were on the beds only a sheet with a thin comforter topped with another sheet. They only offered two towels for four people. The pool only had about ten to fifteen chairs available. This was on the Fourth of July so you would assume they would be more accommodating.
