Beautiful old building with character that management is running into the ground. Roaches, bed bugs and a landlord who had loaded guns in his office and threatened to use them on anyone who pissed him off. My ceiling fell in and rained dirt, water, dry wall and black mold. I heard the slum lord tell the maintenance man not to fix it until i moved out. I left all of my furniture behind and cut every cord from every appliance in the apartment.
