I've watched this hospital save many of my friends lives and their children's lives. I would hands down trust this hospital to take care of me and my family because I've seen the amazing work they do.
Absolutely phenomenal hospital. My son has Down syndrome and CHD, which required surgery at three months old, and everyone was incredibly helpful and passionate and downright amazing.
This is an awesome hospital and I'd like to thank them for doing everything that they could for all the children in this area, my son included! Y'all have gone above and beyond! THANK YOU!
Baby killers. Their new slogan" If you don't pull the plug on your child don't worry we will with or without consent". Where are patient and parental rights? Non existent in Tennesee. #justiceforbabystephan

Every experience I have had here was amazing. They saved my life when I was a teenager. Several of my friends have had children in their nicu under 3 lbs and are all healthy and thriving today.
The horrible mismanagement of baby Steffen by this hospital has been appalling. It makes me ashamed to be a nurse and lumped into a group of narcissistic medical professionals who have determined that somehow they know what is *better* for a child than their own family. Whatever happened to informed consent/refusal?.. (you know those pesky little principles that need to be consistently followed bc they are the cornerstones of the ethical practice of medicine)!
