Monice is very helpful for everything. I am a first time buyer and Monice walked me through the whole process after seeing the first condo I am interested in. She is very information and gave me a lot of things to consider which I cannot find out anywhere on the internet. We went though 2 units and I made my decision to place offer on one. There is one word to describe Monice, that is "FANTASTIC". She was absolutely wonderful. Owning a home in a different state is not easy especially when you need to sell it. Monice made the process as easy as can be. She took care of everything for me. She arranged for the property to be in tip top shape, she even staged it herself. She made sure the minor repairs were being done correctly and even met the contractor there to supervise the work.
