I couldn't tell in exaggeration. She is excellent! Anyone can rely on her! It was my joy to have her as our agent! YOU CAN"T GO WRONG WITH HER! when the seller wouldn't fix our bathroom in time, Monice guaranteed to fix them, and today she sent her guy to fix it. It is just one example. Monice helped us prepare our home to be put on the market. We had so much work ahead of us to do. She gave us a plan and said that if we do exactly what she did that our house would sell within 4 weeks. And it did sell. We got 3 separate offers, some lowball though :(. We mostly worked with her team after the house went on the market and they were equally nice. She is very nice.
