We have been using Monice's service 3 times in the past 15 years. Every time she did a good job for us. For our most recent buy, there were some very trying issues. Monice was patient and helped us through this rather difficult process. She even identified a mistake by the title company in figuring prorated tax during closing. You feel safe with her service.

She is the most nice, professional, and well-organized real estate agent I have ever met.
