It has been a great experience working with Monice. She is very professional and helpful. Her suggestions for the home improvement greatly raised the value of my house without costing a lot of money. She provided timely and constructive advices on and helped with the maintenance when the sale was pending and I was thousands of miles away. After all, the house was sold fast and at a satisfactory price with her help.

Monice was professional and competent throughout the process of helping my siblings and me sell our parents' home. This was an Estate situation so there were a few extra steps and more people to keep in the loop. She did a very good job keeping everyone up-to-date. I appreciated that she handled many of the details that I as Executrix of the Estate did not need to be involved with, yet kept me informed along the way. Her demeanor was professional, kind and sensitive. I would recommend her to other sellers or buyers.
