Monice is an expert about the house market in Pittsburgh. She helped our family find a great house and made everything easy and pleasant during our purchase procedures. I called Monice because of all the great reviews on Zillow and I was not disappointed. She helped me find an investment property near Pitt campus. Monice knows this market! She saved me more money on this transaction by negotiating well than she collected in fees. Best realtor I have ever worked with.
