Monica’s saved the day for a friend of mine! Someone had steamed the brides dress and somehow stained the dress in the process. Monica’s is only dress shop that was willing to help us out. They were able to lift the stain right out and the bride never knew the stain existed!!! The customer service we received was unreal and will be forever thankful for what they did for our friend!!!

We walked in to find my mom a dress for my upcoming wedding. The lady asked what we were looking for and then explained that we could not try anything on without having an appointment, which is fine, but there was only ONE other person in the store at the time and 4 available dressing rooms. They just lost a $400 sale due to horrible customer service.

When you and your group came into our store this morning during the first thirty minutes we were open there were 3 10:00 appointments in progress, and two expected at 10:30; and they did show up. So yes, there were empty dressing rooms that were minutes away from being occupied by clients who used the proper channels and made an appointment. I am so happy I went to Monica's Bridal for my dress! Madison was super fun to work with and she was extremely helpful in seeing what dresses fit my figure well and I even ended up with a dress I never expected to love! Their staff is so friendly and I really can't wait to walk down the aisle in my beautiful dress they helped me find!
