Everyone in the shop makes choosing, purchasing, tailoring, and preparing your dress the easiest and least stressful experience. They go above and beyond for their brides. Amazing experience with Monica’s! I went to 4-5 other bridal shops before I made it to Monicas, and I wish I had never even wasted my time at the others. Their team is fabulous, and they were the only place that truly knew how to pin me into a dress so I knew what the final product would look like. Monica’s was my first bridal shop I went too to find my dress for my special day! I was so nervous and excited all at the same time but Jessica helped me find THE dress!! She was patient with me, made me feel beautiful, educated me on dresses, listened to what I had envisioned and helped me find the perfect one! I am so thankful I stopped here first and I didn’t have to look any further!! 10/10 recommended Jessica as your bridal consultant! You rock girl 💗💗

I came in a month ago and Jessie was my consultant...she is amazing! I had already been elsewhere to try on dresses and found 2 I liked but neither seemed to be "the one". I told Jessie what I liked/didn't and showed her pictures of what I had already tried on. I had a good idea of what I wanted and she was on it! They are by far the best bridal shop in Chattanooga! I had the best customer service, guidance, etc! I would not go anywhere else for a bridal gown. I couldn’t be more thankful for the staff and owners that made me feel as comfortable as possible.
The staff at Monica's is what you would imagine a group of girls should be who sell wedding dresses for a living; Fun, excited, and professional! There is no shortage of personality with these ladies!
I came in so nervous, but dead set on what I wanted in a wedding dress. Madison listened to me and really took time to get to know my wedding and my bridal party, and ended up helping me choose my dream dress (which was the total OPPOSITE of what I thought I wanted). She made the whole experience and you can really tell she loves her job. Thank you so much, Madison! You are awesome ❤️
