I worked with Allie who took the time to get to know me, look at my research and help me pick out a selection of dresses that matched what I was looking for. I was sold on my dress by the end of the appointment, and received support from Allie and the rest of the staff at Monica's to design the finishing touch: lace sleeves that looked as if they had been a part of the original design. Absolutely love the experience I had at Monica's! The first time I went in I did not have an appointment - and even though they were busy and booked all day they made time for me to try on the dress that I was dying to try on. I drove an hour and a half from Knoxville, so it was so nice of them to allow me to do that! I ended up not buying that dress, but returned at a different time to purchase THE dress! I got engaged about 2 months ago and wanted to begin the search for my dress even though I won't be getting married until Spring '19. Lauren helped us, and she made the entire experience! After getting to know what style I liked she began to pick dresses for me that I LOVED! Overall, it was an amazing experience and such a fun day. I was clueless as to what I wanted, but Lauren was so patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend this bridal shop to anyone!
