It was real pleasure to work with Monica and her partner Margaret. They found our house within couple of weeks - our dream come true! Before we met them ( recommendation came from family friend ) we've been searching for 2 months with agent who simply didn't care. Our buying process was very difficult but Monica made sure everything was on time. Was only willing to show me listings that she was the seller on. Not very knowledgable about the neighborhoods - I asked for follow up information and never got it( simple stuff like comps). Brought a partner that didn't really help at all... Just a poor customer experience and not entirely sure how she is still in the business. Guess you can't always get someone who's willing to be average and get things done right...
